• Pool accessories: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Pool chemicals: Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unopened, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used chemicals
• Items damaged due to improper use or storage

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued in cash after the returned item is inspected.
